Because I’m not about picture-perfect homes or stiff poses — I’m about the real stuff. Whether it’s a Wild Hearts love session, a Bloom maternity shoot, a Daydream with your newborn, or a Golden Days family session, I’m there to capture the season you’re in as it actually feels. A little messy, a little magic, and always honest.
Overcast skies? Totally fine — in fact, they can give us beautiful, soft light. But if it’s raining, we’ll need to reschedule so no one is uncomfortable (and so we can actually enjoy the session without umbrellas in the way).
Every photo is edited in my style, which takes a little time, but I promise it’s worth the wait. I’ll always keep you in the loop so you know when to expect them. Usually gallery deliveries are between 2-3 weeks.
I’m based in Brisbane, and anything within about 40 minutes is included in your session fee. If you’d love me to travel further, that’s no problem — I just add on a small travel fee to cover the distance. I’m always up for an adventure if it means capturing your story somewhere meaningful. So anywhere from Gold Coast, Sunny Coast, Toowomba or Ipswich.
The most important thing is that you’re comfortable. Stick to clothes that feel like you — nothing stiff or forced — and try to pick colours that complement each other without being too matchy-matchy. If you'd like to show me options before your booking, I'd love to help you narrow your choices down!
I hear you — but here’s the thing: your kids don’t see what you see. They see the person who tucks them in, kisses their scraped knees, and makes them feel safe. These photos aren’t about perfection, they’re about preserving the love only you can give them.
Perfect — that’s exactly how kids are meant to be. I don’t expect anyone to sit perfectly posed and smiling at the camera. Instead, I lean into the chaos and capture the energy, the giggles, the little quirks that make your child who they are. If you let me know that you have a high energy child, I will bring toys, bubbles and plenty of games to keep them engaged.
